Prioritized Daily Tasks

9 AM exercise at the Legacy Center.  Call and talk to Ora.  Rae Lynn called and is sending Debbie and me the itinerary/schedule for the boys while she and Brett are gone to Jamacia. 

I called Wells Fargo about paying off the note on the Brentwood Duplex in Rome, Georgia.  I learned they do not own the note, Fedie Mac does.  Wells Fargo only services it.  I did raise the amount we pay about $250.  The taxes and insurance paid into escrow went up last year.

Debbie left Shelly today and made it to her fingernail appointment at 2 PM.   

I sent Michael the addresses and phone numbers for Gateway and Friendship Nursing Homes in Cleveland, GA as well as the location of the 40+ acres inside the city limits of Cleveland, GA.  I also included Janie, Jimmy, Nancy, Rick, and Brad's phone numbers.  Michael had taken Matthew to breakfast for his 44th birthday on April 22nd.

I have not heard from Dan Guinn about the triple-net least he was to send last week for the Cason Road building in Cedartown.  I called him but only got his answering machine.  I left a message for him to give me a call.

Debbie and I went to Alex's baseball game at Sky High School.  Alex pitched 2 and part of a 3rd ending.  Debbie and I got home and after dinner, we listened to a podcast, Monday after Sunday, on D&C section 41-44.
