Prioritized Daily Tasks

I have had several spontaneous teaching opportunities to teach principles of the gospel to the boys, Ethan, Luke, Owen, Brody and Weston, from my own life's experiences since I have been here.

Deuteronomy 11:26-28

26 ¶ Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;

27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you this day:

28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.

This scripture is so simple yet so profound.  Like the words of Oliver Wendel Holmes Jr., "I would not give a fig for simplicity on this side of complexity, but I would give my life for simplicity on the far side of complexity."  Simplicity, as seen in the mind of a child, is not the same as seen by an aged grandfather or grandmother.  It takes a lifetime of complexities, struggles, trials, heartaches, losses, sadness, joy, and happiness to see and understand simplicity.

Rae Lynn took the boys to school and spent time with Weston in the pool.  I picked Luke, Owen, and Brody up at 11 AM.

Rae Lynn took Weston, dropped Ethan off at his volleyball activity and then took me to the Frenson Airport at 3 PM to catch my flight back home.   It is unusual for me to be able to talk with some one on the plane but today was very different.  Maybe it was because we wore mask the people were more willing to talk or maybe it was because the Lord arranged it and the Holy Spirit guided me.  The first was "Zoe" Zeynep.  She lives a short distance from Clovis and would visit her grandfather while he was in the nursing home in Fresno.  Her parents live in Turkey; her husband has almost 20 years in military. Her grandfather who she is close with is 88 years old. She is Muslim. I talked to her about Christ, families being together forever, and some of the plan of salvation.  Phone number 559-852-0622.                                                                                  On the second leg of my flight back home I set with D. Brown, 24 year old black man, from Savanah Georgia, graduated from Utah State University, played basketball and is on his way back to Utah to see his girlfriend.  He is playing basketball for the Egypy's team.  He and his girlfriend live in South Riverton.  He works at M&G or H&M or name is something similar, in Traverse Mt. Outlet Mall, the store sell purses etc. for women.                                                            When I landed at the Salt Lake Airport I called Uber and got a ride home.  I called and talked to Debbie; we had prayer and I worked on a clause in the lease as to what the Cason Road Health Care, old nursing home facility is to be used for.  I sent it to Matthew and Melodie who are writing the lease.

My flight back home was changed by United Airlines. Flight changed New Schedule:
