Prioritized Daily Tasks
Beth and some of the children spending the night
6:00 AM - Beth and children fun run in Provo
9:00 AM - Grand Parade in Provo (skipped did not attend)
Tucker and Maggie with five of their older cousins spending the night with their grandparents, Kent and Cyd Davis, and going to Navajo, IL Jul 6th to 11th. I think Maggie is the youngest of the grandchildren they are taking.
Debbie did not get to bed until after midnight, yet she got up with me at 4:30 AM and would have gone to the 1K and 10K runs in Provo this morning but after we had prayer together I insisted she go back to bed. The night before last she did not get to bed until 2 AM and got up early to attend church. Then last night it was after midnight before she got to bed. I took Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew to the park between the trees streets in Provo and BYU's law school. Beth and I took some pictures and I waited in the car while Beth and the children ran. When Maggie and Andrew finished the 1K they came and waited in the car with me while Tucker finished his 10K. Beth waited at the finish line for him.
After the race was over I drove to Kneaders in Orem for breakfast. We got home and I played ping-pong with the children and put a movie on the big screen downstairs for Andrew.
On the way home, we stopped at Beth's friend Tora's where Maggie left her swimsuit yesterday. Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew are going to Beth's friend Ann who lives near Salt Lake City.
I thought today would be a holiday because yesterday was the 4th but the mail and garbage pickup came today. I did not have our garbage and recycle cans on the street. It will be next week before the garbage is picked up and two weeks before the recycling is picked up.
