Prioritized Daily Tasks  

Talked and had prayer with Debbie this morning.  I also applied for $10 Walmart and $10 Shell gift with Humana Go365 for answering their health questions.  The confirmation number is 13614536.  Michael is taking Gracie up to meet Patt and Reg who have Tucker, Ethan, and Luke at a hotel on the beach in Santa Cruz; Patt said to camp for a few days.  Michael is going to stay at Rae Lynn and bring Tucker and Gracie back home when the camping is over.  A friend from across the street of Madeline and Bella, came over to play.  Grandma Vickie came by.  Andy sent a text message that Brad talked to Andrea Mitchell, Long Term Care Regulator Director this morning and the Permit Application Division wants us to resubmit our application leaving off the LLC part of the name.  Within 5 mintures Brad Bilbo who took Andy Morris's place with the leasing company resubmitted.  After watching the girls when Matthew and Melodie got home from shopping, I drove to Cosco and Walmart, filled the pickup with gas and picked up a few things.  Later Matthew and I helped Vickey Whitson, Melodie's mother, and moved some to the things she had stored in her garage.  Tomorrow we will move more items and haul things to the dump.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.  I made some notes from Come Follow Me podcast D&C Section 63 by Jared Halverson.  God starts with commands, then it is My will that ye do, then it is wisdom in Me that ye, it is up to you, it matters not.  God gives us inspiration and our agency.

text from Andy Morris - Brad talked to Andrea Mitchell the LTC Regulatory Director this morning after emails back and forth before.  She said she had spoken to the Permit Application Division which is separate from their agency this morning and they wanted us to resubmit a name change on the application to leave off the dba.

Brad resubmitted in 5 minutes the permit application with the name Cedar Springs Health & Rehab, LLC. (Without the dba name The Cottages at Rockmart.  She said she would schedule the on site visit when she received approval from the License/Permit Dept.

Hopefully, they will complete the permit application review and  get the approval to Licensure who will  send out the on site surveyor soon.

 5 Dec 2021, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  9 AM - Church Lehi 7th Ward (Fast Sunday) 11:25 AM - We attended tithing settlement with bishop Lehi 7th Ward 5 PM - Alex and Riley for dinner. We filled stakes, had baked of a  potato and salad.    At 6 PM  we watched the Frist Presidency Christmas Devotional.   I talked to Matthew and the girls.  I called and talked to Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew.  Rae Lynn called and we talked to her and Weston.  We called and texted Michael and Autumn.  Michael called back from Georgia.  Autumn set a text; she was at dinner with the other children. Debbie and watched a Christmas movie, had prayer, and went to bed.  15 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task I mailed pillowcase to Rae Lynn for Ethan Luke Owen Brody and Weston to sign for Andrew. I also sent a note asking Rae Lynn to get the boys to sign Owen's and bring it with her to Andrews baptism for his cousins to sign and write on.  Debbie dropped me off at the post office and she went shopping.  I walked to the Legacy center to exercise and when Debbie finished she picked me up.  We came home and had brunch. I purchased airline tickets Feb 10 - 14, for Debbie and me to attend Andrew's baptism on Feb. 12th I received the names of all of Peggy's children, grandchildren, spouses etc. from her daughter, Tanja.  I sent Max Kimball a copy 7:00 PM - Alex Gourley, performed at the Grand Festival Concert at the Abravanel Hall in SLC with the Utah All-State Philharmonic Orchestra

 17 Jan 2021, Sunday Prioritized Daily Task 9 AM - Sacrament meeting broadcast to our home Michael and Blake arrive from dropping friends off at the SLC Airport We had the sacrament administered and passed here at our home after we ate brunch.   Debbie hung balloons and Happy Birthday banner - She prepared a huge brunch with angel food cake for dessert to celebrate my 77th birthday Michael got our computers connected to our printer/scanner before leaving.  He and Blake stopped and saw Autumn's younger brother, Dallin, his wife Alyssa McEwin, and their 6 little children all under the age of 4, 3 of them are triples. 5 PM Jared, Jami, Porter, Tate, Max and Jack came over.  Just behind them was George, Laura, Alex, Clara, Allison and Samantha with her boyfriend, Tyler.  We had another birthday party.  Debbie prepared a big meal with a Devilfood Cake.   There were candles on the Angelfood Cake and the Devilfood Cake for me to make a wish and...
