Prioritized Daily Task

10:15 AM - I took Debbie over to the Jelicics' apartment. I dropped her off to spend the day with Ljubica and Bojana getting her nails painted and hair cut and tented. I took Mirko and we drove to Sombor. We visited with his friend, Rade Prokie, about 67 years old, and owner of Minero Restaurant. Mirko wanted to learn about the prices of apartments in Sombor compared to comparable apartments in Novi Sad. They are about 20 to 30% less in Sombor. About 1:30 PM we drove to Apatin and had lunch at the Golden Crown restaurant on the Danube River. The fish, Perch, called Smud here in Serbia, caught in the river are kept in holding tanks until the day they are served. It is as if you were camping and caught and cooked the Pearch yourself. From Apatin we drove back to Novi Sad. Farm roads for a little less than 2 hours. There were many farm tractors and trailers hauling produce going less than 10 miles an hour, large tractor-trailer trucks and old men on bicycles with some bicycles with infant seats with small children all in the road. It was very stressful driving going and coming. I always have prayer before leaving asking Heavenly Father to keep us safe and in this case today to keep others safe on the road as we travel; which He did. When we arrived back in Novi Sad we met the girls at Piknik Restaurant on a peninsula. We visited with them and got a report of their day and Debbie getting her hair and nails done and Ljubica also getting her nails done. We had a piece of Krempita Cake. Bojana would not let us pay and she picked up the tab. Bojana returned the car to a friend she had borrowed from a friend. I took Mirko and Ljubica home and Debbie got her computer she left at their apartment.
