8 AM - Legacy center with Debbie to exercise

10 AM - Debbie appointment at Pibcoa clinic

6:30 PM - Tyler Traveller brought Samantha Gourley over to help him do some drywall work downstairs where Debbie is having cabinets and a mini kitchen builtI called and talked to Nathan at the county assessor's office in Buchanan, Haralson County, Georgia.  I sent the following email to

 Michael and Matthew: I called the county assessor's office in Buchanan this morning.  287.66 acres are in the conservation covenant; there is one acre where our home Dad built that is not in the covenant but can be added when the covenant is renewed in January 2025.  All the farmland will then be included.  The 57 acres Ora and I own together is also in the conservation covenant and also renews in Jan. 2025.

During the 10 year period, the land is in the conservation covenant, we can not build on the land.

I got a text from Ora this morning: She saw a cardiologist this morning and had an echocardiogram.  He told her that the heart valve they have been monitoring has gone from mild to moderate leakage.  She has osteoporosis and curvature of the spine which is causing the heart valve not to close as it should.  She is losing height with her bone mass loss.  She is 4 feet 11 one half inches tall.

I talked to Michael and Matthew about going with me to Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal this June.  They are both on for the trip and hike.  Michael has been invited to Russa with several of his classmates at MIT by one of the students that were in his class who lives there.  It is in June after Gavin's graduation.  He and maybe Gavin he said could meet us there.

I emailed Nidos Kadel, my tour guide that called me Papa, who has stayed in touch since I was there in 2019.
