I called 208-521-5835 Celeste French, Joe L. Highan's sister. She is the travel agent for Vikings River Cruise Debbie and I are going on with some of the family. The charge for the trip was put on my CapitalOne Visa card twice and both charges are pending. Vikings Cruise Lines says both charges were declined. Still trying to get it straightened out.
