Order book, Beloved Bridegroom by Donna B. Nielsen for Max and Debbie
Debbie downloaded the audio book, In The Lords Hands, Dallin H. Oaks. We will listen to it tomorrow while we are driving to Ora and Dan's in FL
Max went with Debbie and me for a walk around the neighborhood this morning.
I paid Chase Amazon credit card bill and Tithing for May
Max and I work to set up meeting with leader in the nursing home industry in Georgia about arranging a zoom meeting for Matthew with Bill Davis with Crossroads Medical Management and another zoom meeting with Jim Westberry, or Mr. Bennett, attorneys who work with Georgia Nursing Home.
Call Savanah Jones with Cedar Hills Senior Living Center 770-748-2284. She was not in but secretary said she would have her call
2 PM meet on phone with Andy Morris and Dan Guinn about the old Cedartown Nursing Home on Cason Road; Max Kimball set in on the meeting. The meeting went well; Andy got Dan's phone number and will give Dan a tour of the building when licensure eases restriction on visitation in the home.
When the phone call was over with Andy I ask Dan Guinn to have a triple next lease drawn up where the lessee pays taxes, rent, insurance and maintains the building and parking lot. I asks Dan and Max to see that Joan Dupont is taken care. If she gets where she cannot live in her home she will have a private room. I ask them to please give her something to do such as getting volunteers to come to the facility for church, music, games, etc. The rent is $5,000 for the first 3 months, then $10,000 for the next 3 months and starting the 6th month rent is $20,000 due on the first of the month and late after the 10th.
6:30 PM Debbie and I took Max and Debbie to dinner at the Texas Road House in Rome. We stopped at Publix Grocery Store and Debbie got a few items for our trip to Florida. I bought 3 coolers and an umbrella at Walmart before coming back home. Debbie helped me with the email to Michael and Matthew for directions and instructions for my funeral service in about 30+ years.
I talked to Ora earlier today and let her know Debbie and I will be leaving in the morning and driving down to see her, Dan and Susan, their daughter.
