Prioritized Daily Tasks

We worked in the yard; I called the water department again this morning.  They sent Dallas out.  He knows Greg Alred, our neighbor whose son Nash is friends with Porter and Tate, but he is in a different section of the Lehi City Water Department than Dallas is.   Dallas checked and the water was coming from an escape valve.  He helped me put the dirt back into the hole and said if I have any more problems to call him and for me not to do so much digging, he will help.

Clara has a soft ball game at 2:45 PM, 4:15 PM, and 7:15 PM, and Stephanie is bringing Abby up from St. George for a tournament this week.  Abby has a game at 5 PM and they are staying with us at home until the tournament is over.  We missed Abby game.  We were given the wrong address.  It was not in Lehi but in Draper.

Debbie and I spent the afternoon watching granddaughters softball and basketball games. 

Clara won all three of her games and she plays again at 8:30 AM tomorrow.

Abby's team lost by 3 points.  She, her mother, Stepanie, and a friend went shopping.  They all spent the night with us.

Michael, Matthew, and I were all on a conference call late this afternoon.  We have some things to work out with the lease of the old building and also the new Rockmart Nursing Home.  Michael sent us a sheet that Andy Morris gave him with what each entity or individual is owned.  Synovus Bank $12,668,636.65; monthly interest and principal, $87,038.56; interest only, $87,038.56 - Underhill Trust Loan (Michael) $2,794,528.20; monthly interest and principal, $18434.65; interest only, $14,554.83 - Andy Morris $3,657,041.87; interest and principal, $22,131.03, interest-only, $16,052.26 The total loan $19,120,206.72, interest and principal $127,604.24, interest-only $117,645.65.  The question that came up was, does Andy want to get paid $3,657,041.87 plus interest at 3.75% and have ownership in the nursing home?  Andy has sold his interest in the company leasing our nursing homes and other homes to an ESOP, (Employee Stock Option Plan).  Brad Bilbo is operating the company; Andy Morris has retired. 

*Andy's decision he made this year is, "he wants to be paid the money with he put in with interest and does not want any ownership in the Rockmart Nursing Home".


I started packing for our trip to Brett and Rae Lynn's tomorrow to watch Ethan, Luke, Owen and Brody.

 5 Dec 2021, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  9 AM - Church Lehi 7th Ward (Fast Sunday) 11:25 AM - We attended tithing settlement with bishop Lehi 7th Ward 5 PM - Alex and Riley for dinner. We filled stakes, had baked of a  potato and salad.    At 6 PM  we watched the Frist Presidency Christmas Devotional.   I talked to Matthew and the girls.  I called and talked to Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew.  Rae Lynn called and we talked to her and Weston.  We called and texted Michael and Autumn.  Michael called back from Georgia.  Autumn set a text; she was at dinner with the other children. Debbie and watched a Christmas movie, had prayer, and went to bed.  15 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task I mailed pillowcase to Rae Lynn for Ethan Luke Owen Brody and Weston to sign for Andrew. I also sent a note asking Rae Lynn to get the boys to sign Owen's and bring it with her to Andrews baptism for his cousins to sign and write on.  Debbie dropped me off at the post office and she went shopping.  I walked to the Legacy center to exercise and when Debbie finished she picked me up.  We came home and had brunch. I purchased airline tickets Feb 10 - 14, for Debbie and me to attend Andrew's baptism on Feb. 12th I received the names of all of Peggy's children, grandchildren, spouses etc. from her daughter, Tanja.  I sent Max Kimball a copy 7:00 PM - Alex Gourley, performed at the Grand Festival Concert at the Abravanel Hall in SLC with the Utah All-State Philharmonic Orchestra

 17 Jan 2021, Sunday Prioritized Daily Task 9 AM - Sacrament meeting broadcast to our home Michael and Blake arrive from dropping friends off at the SLC Airport We had the sacrament administered and passed here at our home after we ate brunch.   Debbie hung balloons and Happy Birthday banner - She prepared a huge brunch with angel food cake for dessert to celebrate my 77th birthday Michael got our computers connected to our printer/scanner before leaving.  He and Blake stopped and saw Autumn's younger brother, Dallin, his wife Alyssa McEwin, and their 6 little children all under the age of 4, 3 of them are triples. 5 PM Jared, Jami, Porter, Tate, Max and Jack came over.  Just behind them was George, Laura, Alex, Clara, Allison and Samantha with her boyfriend, Tyler.  We had another birthday party.  Debbie prepared a big meal with a Devilfood Cake.   There were candles on the Angelfood Cake and the Devilfood Cake for me to make a wish and...
