Prioritized Daily Tasks

Notes I took during church today:  Life is too short to hold grudges and neglect love!                                                                                          Comparison is the thief of joy!                                                                Richard Eaker shared his testimony and told about his 5-year-old son, Gabriel.  Richard was upset and irritated.  Gabriel said, "You are making Heavenly Father upset."  After church, I saw Richard's mother, Lori Eaker, and told her how impressed I am with her grandson, Gabriel; he is an outstanding young man.  She told me, you said the same thing about Richard when he was about that age.  He could not read but had all the Book of Mormon and Bible stories memorized word for word.  I told Sister Lori, "The apple does not fall far from the tree."

Michael and Autumn McAlpin 23rd wedding anniversary - called and texted and wished Michael and Autumn a happy anniversary.  They had been in OK helping Cam and Cindy get moved in.  Cam, Autumn's brother is the new Federal District Attorney for the Indian Reservation.  Michael, Autumn, and the children were just catching a flight to leave for home.

Today is fast Sunday; I attended church with Max and Debbie.  The 3 families, Askews, Hibberts, and Abbots, I visited yesterday were at church today.  Both Brother Hibbert and Brother Abbot had to leave early before Sunday School.   Masumi Askew, the son, who was sleeping yesterday was at church.  He is going with me tomorrow at 10 AM to help repair the Hibberts back porch.  After church, we came home and Debbie cooked a beef roast, potatoes, carrots, corn on the cob, etc.   We had fresh peaches I pealed with ice cream for dessert.  I talked to Beth but did not get Rae Lynn or Matthew.
