Prioritized Daily Tasks

8 AM - Debbie and I meet with Brother Meeks at Stake Center 

8:30 AM - visit Abbington Manor Memory, Center 855 W 1500 N, 0.4 mile from our home.  Talked with Susan, CNA.  They have 9 residents with a capacity of 16.  Paula is the Director but is at the other Abbington Manor Center next to the Legacy Center most of the time; Abby is the activity director.  They have a sacrament meeting each Sunday and Relief Society each Tuesday - phone number 801-768-4712

9 AM - church

11 AM - report stewardship with Brother Roger Harmon to Elders Quorum Secretary - Brother Tim Gain, 801-602-1899, sets up the appointments for Brother Wade McAllister.  Wade called and I reported Brother Roger Harmon and my stewardship on 4 families we check on.

Debbie and I had prayer, showered and shaved; Debbie cooked breakfast for us and Cache Traveller who is still sleeping.  He is going to church for a friend's homecoming today but will be back for lunch when we get home.  

Debbie and I met with Brother Jeff Wilford Meek, Gateway Stake High Councilman.  Debbie and I were called to serve the members who are residents at the Abbington Manor Memory, starting the first Sunday, Oct. 7th, after General Conference in October.

Debbie and I drove over the Abbington Manor Memory.  I went in and met Susan, CNA.  She gave me information on the services the church rendered before Covid 19 struck.

We tried to check with Arthur and Nicole Tupuola to come to church today. We called Arthur after our meeting at the stake center with Brother Meek, High Councilman, and was cut off before going to their answering machine.

Debbie and I attended Sacrament meeting and Sunday School.  We came home and Debbie fixed lunch.  Cache got back and ate with us.  He is attending another frined's homecoming ward meeting in Highland before driving back to Rexburg for more church meetings.  He is finishing 4 years of college in about 2 years depending on two internships he has to complete before graduating.

We took a load over to George and Laura's and put in their truck for the family reunion this coming week.

We got home and listened to some Come Follow Me by Jared Halverson D&C 81-83.

 5 Dec 2021, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  9 AM - Church Lehi 7th Ward (Fast Sunday) 11:25 AM - We attended tithing settlement with bishop Lehi 7th Ward 5 PM - Alex and Riley for dinner. We filled stakes, had baked of a  potato and salad.    At 6 PM  we watched the Frist Presidency Christmas Devotional.   I talked to Matthew and the girls.  I called and talked to Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew.  Rae Lynn called and we talked to her and Weston.  We called and texted Michael and Autumn.  Michael called back from Georgia.  Autumn set a text; she was at dinner with the other children. Debbie and watched a Christmas movie, had prayer, and went to bed. "Alex", Alexandra McAlpin, gave us a letter she wrote on the back of a picture her friend drew of Jesus touching and helping two women with heavy hearts, on Oct. 26, 2021.  15 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task I mailed pillowcase to Rae Lynn for Ethan Luke Owen Brody and Weston to sign for Andrew. I also sent a note asking Rae Lynn to get the boys to sign Owen's and bring it with her to Andrews baptism for his cousins to sign and write on.  Debbie dropped me off at the post office and she went shopping.  I walked to the Legacy center to exercise and when Debbie finished she picked me up.  We came home and had brunch. I purchased airline tickets Feb 10 - 14, for Debbie and me to attend Andrew's baptism on Feb. 12th I received the names of all of Peggy's children, grandchildren, spouses etc. from her daughter, Tanja.  I sent Max Kimball a copy 7:00 PM - Alex Gourley, performed at the Grand Festival Concert at the Abravanel Hall in SLC with the Utah All-State Philharmonic Orchestra

 17 Jan 2021, Sunday Prioritized Daily Task 9 AM - Sacrament meeting broadcast to our home Michael and Blake arrive from dropping friends off at the SLC Airport We had the sacrament administered and passed here at our home after we ate brunch.   Debbie hung balloons and Happy Birthday banner - She prepared a huge brunch with angel food cake for dessert to celebrate my 77th birthday Michael got our computers connected to our printer/scanner before leaving.  He and Blake stopped and saw Autumn's younger brother, Dallin, his wife Alyssa McEwin, and their 6 little children all under the age of 4, 3 of them are triples. 5 PM Jared, Jami, Porter, Tate, Max and Jack came over.  Just behind them was George, Laura, Alex, Clara, Allison and Samantha with her boyfriend, Tyler.  We had another birthday party.  Debbie prepared a big meal with a Devilfood Cake.   There were candles on the Angelfood Cake and the Devilfood Cake for me to make a wish and...
