Prioritized Daily Tasks
Debbie is going to the Playmill Theater in Max Inn Island Park, ID this evening with Reed, her brother, Karlene, her sister, Laua Searle, Joe L. Higham, and their cousin. She gets back home from visiting with Jalna, her mother, in Shelly, ID tomorrow.
I had prayer with Debbie this morning and washed clothes. I drove up and picked Masumi up at his home. We drove up to Charle and Shirley Hibbert's and started working on repairing their back porch. I was told Charlie fell through one of the rotten boards. Shirley had a doctor's appointment and left a few minutes after we arrived. Brother Lance and Sister Nancy Pope arrived a little later. I sent Masumi with Charlie to get some lumber and attachments we needed to repair the porch. Shirley got back and visited with Nancy. We worked until about 4:30 PM and then we went to the Firehouse Sub in Rome for a late lunch or early dinner at 5 PM. Sister Askew picked her son, Masumi, up on her way home. I drove to Dallas, Paulding County to try and find some 40-pound bags of salt.
Call Eddie Lovett - when is the group going to work on the farm? probably September Would like to spray the graveyard with Round-up and salt the ground.
Call Rick Montgomery, I did not get by to see him today. I emailed him a picture, P&L, taxes, and insurance paid on the duplex. I asked for his estimation of the value and the capitalization rate used to determine the value of income capitalization? There are three types of approaches to value: sales comparison approach, cost approach, and income capitalization approach.
Go by Wells Fargo Brokerage to see about cashing in my 2 brokerages accounts. (I did not get by today. The day was spent repairing or rebuilding Charlie and Shirley Hibbert's back porch.
Deposit $5 M from Dan Guinn in Wells Fargo Account (I will need about $76 M to meet my commitment to continue to help Matt until December) )I did not get the deposit made today)
Call Keith D. Mickler, ANR Floyd County Extension Agent, phone 706-295-6210 email mickler@uga.edu (how many (40 lb bags salt used for water softeners) are needed to apply to 1/4 to 1/2 acre to prevent weeds, briars, and bushes from growing). How large of an area around the 1/4 acre will be affected? - I talked to Keith Mickler this afternoon. He had no idea of how much salt to use or how far the runoff would be that could affect other areas outside the fenced graveyard. He suggested using a small amount at first to measure the effect. I drove to Paulding County and stopped at Costco. They did not have any bags of salt as Costco Wholesale does in Lehi, UT. I called Home Depot about 3 miles away. They had 40 lb bags. I drove over and bought 2.
Charles Williams called today and asked for the escrow payments for taxes and insurance on the Brookstone Duplex before he gives me a price. I sent them to him this evening.
I called and talked to Debbie when they left the Playmill Theater.
