Prioritized Daily Tasks

Covid 72 hour test on Thurs. for travel Europe 

Got a new splint for left-hand yesterday

Curves for Debbie and Legacy Center to exercise for me

Pick up coat from dry cleaners

Wells Fargo Bank for Matthew (tomorrow)


Spiritual thoughts:                                                                                   "TRUST is FAITH" Trust the Lord with all thine heart.  This quote from Proverbs chapter 3, verse 5 has helped me with questions I had no answers for.                       

Purity and virtue are the Golden Key to the Holy Ghost.

Line upon line and precept upon precept "2 Nephi 28:30 and Isaiah 28:10"  Add to your life faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 2 Pet.1:5-7 

 D&C 4: 5-6 And faith, hope, charity and love, with an eye single to the glory of God, qualify him for the work.                                            Remember faith, virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, brotherly kindness, godliness, charity, humility, diligence. 

D&C 121: 41-42 No power or influence can or ought to be maintained by virtue of the priesthood, only by persuasion, by long-suffering, by gentleness and meekness, and by love unfeigned; By kindness, and pure knowledge, which shall greatly enlarge the soul without hypocrisy, and without guile.  

Line upon line and precept upon precept.  This is the way Christ progressed.  Hebrews 5:4                                                                              If we keep a celestial law, that is what we become and will be resurrected too.

If we keep a terrestrial law, then that is what we become and will be resurrected too.

If we keep a telestial law, then that is what we become and will be resurrected too.

Where do you learn celestial law?  It is in the temple, that is where it is taught.  You do not learn terrestrial law in the temple nor or you taught telestial law in the temple.

Debbie went to Curves at 6 AM; at 7 AM we got tested for Covid; from there Debbie went to her doctor's clinic and had blood drawn to be tested to to be able to continue to get her prescription refilled; Debbie drive over to Laura's and they rode their electric bikes for 25 miles.  This afternoon she got her hair and nails done.

I got my Covid test results and I testes negative.  Debbie has not received her results by email.

I went to Best Buy and Target to purchase a pair of small binoculars for the concert in Vienna, Austria, a converter to change 220 volts to 110 volts, and a small fold-up umbrella.

 5 Dec 2021, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  9 AM - Church Lehi 7th Ward (Fast Sunday) 11:25 AM - We attended tithing settlement with bishop Lehi 7th Ward 5 PM - Alex and Riley for dinner. We filled stakes, had baked of a  potato and salad.    At 6 PM  we watched the Frist Presidency Christmas Devotional.   I talked to Matthew and the girls.  I called and talked to Beth, Tucker, Maggie, and Andrew.  Rae Lynn called and we talked to her and Weston.  We called and texted Michael and Autumn.  Michael called back from Georgia.  Autumn set a text; she was at dinner with the other children. Debbie and watched a Christmas movie, had prayer, and went to bed. "Alex", Alexandra McAlpin, gave us a letter she wrote on the back of a picture her friend drew of Jesus touching and helping two women with heavy hearts, on Oct. 26, 2021.  15 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task I mailed pillowcase to Rae Lynn for Ethan Luke Owen Brody and Weston to sign for Andrew. I also sent a note asking Rae Lynn to get the boys to sign Owen's and bring it with her to Andrews baptism for his cousins to sign and write on.  Debbie dropped me off at the post office and she went shopping.  I walked to the Legacy center to exercise and when Debbie finished she picked me up.  We came home and had brunch. I purchased airline tickets Feb 10 - 14, for Debbie and me to attend Andrew's baptism on Feb. 12th I received the names of all of Peggy's children, grandchildren, spouses etc. from her daughter, Tanja.  I sent Max Kimball a copy 7:00 PM - Alex Gourley, performed at the Grand Festival Concert at the Abravanel Hall in SLC with the Utah All-State Philharmonic Orchestra

 17 Jan 2021, Sunday Prioritized Daily Task 9 AM - Sacrament meeting broadcast to our home Michael and Blake arrive from dropping friends off at the SLC Airport We had the sacrament administered and passed here at our home after we ate brunch.   Debbie hung balloons and Happy Birthday banner - She prepared a huge brunch with angel food cake for dessert to celebrate my 77th birthday Michael got our computers connected to our printer/scanner before leaving.  He and Blake stopped and saw Autumn's younger brother, Dallin, his wife Alyssa McEwin, and their 6 little children all under the age of 4, 3 of them are triples. 5 PM Jared, Jami, Porter, Tate, Max and Jack came over.  Just behind them was George, Laura, Alex, Clara, Allison and Samantha with her boyfriend, Tyler.  We had another birthday party.  Debbie prepared a big meal with a Devilfood Cake.   There were candles on the Angelfood Cake and the Devilfood Cake for me to make a wish and...
