Call Dr. Kevin Richards for an appointment and get a referral for PT on my left hand that was broken.

Email Tracy Dickerson, Forester, for an update on the pulpwood thinning on the farm in Haralson County.  He emailed me back and let me know the thinning has been completed and he should have a report when he gets back in his office on Monday.

Check on data information on genealogical research Kevin Stedman's researchers did and record in Family Search.  He will bring the information next Tuesday, Nov. 2nd at 10:30 AM.

Check on keeping the same or changing to a new Medicare Supplement carrier for 2022.  I called E-Health with Costco.  The agent we used last year, Marko Salazara, was out of the office 

Pay Idaho Tax fees and interest $34.94 - Sent copy and copy of bill sent Sept. 15th, 2021 for $10 which was paid with a Zion's Bank check and was posted on Sept. 24th.  On Oct. 15th, 2021 we received a bill for same the thing but with penalty fees and interest.  We mailed another check drawn on Regions Bank payable to Idaho State Tax Commissioner today Oct. 28th for $34.94.  I sent this information with attached copies of information Sept. 15th and Oct. 15th from Idaho State Tax Commission Office to Dan Guinn and asking him to sent it to Barbara the accountant who filled our taxes.

Mail our ballot for Lehi City Mayor and five councilmen.

Documentation for sale of 20/22 Brookstone Drive Duplex in Rome, GA (Oct 1, 2021)

Spoke with Danjanique at Wells Fargo Mortgage Office today, October 28, 2021.

The duplex was purchased December 2005, loan document, D200437184 dated 28 December 2005 was in the amount of $154,400 (80% of $193,000, the purchase price; 20%, $38,600, was paid upfront)

Also to Beth and got information for sale of 20/22 Duplex on Brookstone Drive Nw, in Rome Georgia. They were purchased in 2005 for $193,000 with 20% downpayment and $154,400 financed.                                            I spoke with the State Farm Insurance Office and let them know the duplex was sold on Oct. 1st and any refund is to be sent to Beth Davis in San Clemente, CA.
