Prioritized Daily Task

Debbie is in Shelly, ID - She, Reed Searle, her brother, and wife Laura, Karlene, her sister, her husband, Joe L. Higham, and maybe Jalna, their mother are having Thanksgiving dinner at a buffet restaurant.

Part of Michael's exercise routine in the mornings is to play tennis with a group of old men.  The oldest is 90 and Michael at 45 is the youngest.  However, Michael sometimes plays with a young girl, Charlie, who is lanky and looks to be in about the 8th or 9th grade.  Michael says unlike the 90-year-old who can not run but if you place the ball anywhere close to him he will hit it back somewhere on your side of the court where you can not get to it.  The young girl does not have the control of the older players but hits the ball at speeds of 100 + miles per hour.  Michael said he plays with her mother and dad and can beat them but he does not beat the young girl often.  He said she is not in Jr. High School, she is only 9 years old and is in grammar school.  I need to learn what her name is so I can watch for her on sports news in a few years.

Family in Southern CA -  I had a good night's sleep last night, had prayer, and went for a walk a jog for about 45 minutes.

I checked my email: New Temple Reservation Policy - November 17, 2021, temple reservation lists with family names will have a new maximum of 300 reservations. The purpose of this new policy is to encourage more participation among all living relatives that share the same family lines, especially youth and new converts. “These surely are the latter days, and the Lord is hastening His work to gather Israel. That gathering is the most important thing taking place on earth today. Nothing else compares in magnitude, nothing else compares in importance, nothing else compares in majesty.” —President Russell M. Nelson

Matthew talked to Patrick at Snovis Bank about questions regarding the new loan for Rockmart Nursing Home.  He and Michael signed the note yesterday and Matthew scanned and sent it.  I am going with him to overnight the document now.  Then we are having a little brunch or something to eat.

I replied to Dorthy Turley Ksenich,  Baxter Turley's daughter's email.  I copied Ora, Dan, and Elain.  Ora responded.

3:30 PM - Grace's Jr. Varsity Basketball game today at Carlsbad High School.  San Clemente won 53 to 12 over Carlsbad girls.  After the game, Rae Lynn and her 5 boys, Michael, Autumn, Alex, Blake, Grace, and Autumn's sister, Alli, baby, and oldest son went to the Pizza Port in Carlsbad.  I had pizza and salad.

I called and talked to Debbie, we had prayer together.  Rae Lynn came over with Ethan, Luke, Owen, Brody, and Weston when Matthew, Melodie, Madeline, Bella, Ava, and Matthewall got in the pool.

I am sleeping in Madeline's bed.  Madeline is sleeping in Bella's room.

Matthew worked with the software developers getting the system servers to let them log in.

Dorthy,

It does not matter what your attorney needs, we will sign; we want all of your grandmother, Cleo's, family to have a clear title on the land received by inheritance from our aunts and uncle.  It is good you are getting this taken care of while Ora, Elain, and I are living.  We have so many children, that when we are gone it may be difficult to get documents signed.

It was your dad's attorney that did all the work on your grandmother's family's deeds. We asked Peggy and Blake to check with all Cleo's family and make sure there is no mistake or problem with their deeds.

We do not want to have the same problem if we someday want to sell the land we inherited.  No one is perfect and mistakes are made by attorneys.  I ask you to please check with the other members of your grandmother's family and let them know about the cloud on the deed.

Best regards,
Leonard

Ora responded: Thanks for doing this Leonard. We obviously have a clear title on ours
