Prioritized Daily Task

10 AM - tubbing at Soldier Hollow near Midway

I woke up a little after 7 AM. Debbie was up and had texted Pat, Jodi, Laura, Jared, and Laura and their families about going to Soldier Hollow for our tubing reservations for 35 adults and children. No one wanted to go. I had called Matthew, Beth, Rae Lynn on the way home last nigh or this morning when Debbie and I were on our way home from the birthday and new years party. They was no answer; I called and texted again about 8 AM this morning. Matthew called me when he got up. I was on my way to Heber. He said everyone at the cabin wanted to go tubing. I stopped and got a couple of bacon, cheese, and egg sandwiches. I ate one and shared the other with Madeline, Maggie, and Brody later. Rae Lynn, Brett and the children who rode with her were the first to arrive. I met them in the lobby next to the fireplace. Beth came next with some more of the children and Matthew and Melodie were the last to arrive with Ava and the last of the children. Patt and Reg rode here with Matthew and Melodie. I took a few pictures and called and talked to Debbie. I called and face timed Ora and Dan. I also called and talked to Elain and Lori Lynn. I stayed in the lodge and gave tickets to all who wanted to go tubbing. Later we went to Cafe Rio for lunch. Afterwards we drove up to the cabin and watched football games. This afternoon Matthew, Melodie, Rae Lynn, Brett, Beth, and I drove down and visited with my sister Elain and her daughter, my niece, Lori Lynn Lively. I went back to the cabin and picked up a few things and gave the grandchildren a hug and kiss; told them I loved them; drove back down to Elain and Lori Lynn's. I got to see my great nephews, Jake Lively, and Baylen Johnson, who came by to spend time with their grandmother. I got stuck backing out of my sister's drive and had to shovel snow. I got home and shoveled the snow and ice off our drive and put salt down. Debbie is at Pat and Anndalyn's with the children.

Debbie and children and grand children are getting together at Pat and Anndalyn for dinner, watch football on TV or games.
