Prioritized Daily Task

This morning I called and talked to Debbie at Jalna's, her mother's.  Debbie and Karlene have not decided on a lock pill dispenser for their mother.  I also talked to Matthew after brunch.  I encouraged him to have someone working for him to call and talk to each nursing home or user of his software after the first month.  Ask about the user of the software and their family; ask how the software has made their work easier and what they like best about software.  Make a call again in 3 months and again in 6 months.  After the first year, call again at least once a year.  Do not ask for referrals so there never think you have an alternative motive for calling them.

I talked to Mike Coultas.  He was scheduled to heart bypass but the hospital has no bed available.  He will have to wait.  I also talked to "Dell" Thakla Holmes.  She has cancer and is taking Chemotherapy.  She sees her doctor this coming week and may be able to have surgery.  Her mother, Peggy Holmes, is in ICU on oxygen.  She can not eat and they have taken the feeding tubes out and is being treated as a hospice patience. 

I received a replace check for $255.00 from State Fare Fire and Casualty Company for the 21/23 Brookstone Duplex.  The check is made out to both me and Rae Lynn.  I called Rae Lynn, she did not answer and I called Brett.  I will deposit the check in the Chase account I set up for Rae Lynn and Brett to make payments into for the money I loaned them for their home in Clovis.  Brett said they would start back making payment again this month.

I talked to Debbie in Shelly, Idaho and had prayer; showered; went to bed and read some in the book Washington Hypothesis by Timothy Ballard before going to sleep.
