10:30 AM - Church at Abbington Memory Center, Lehi 18th Ward

11:40 AM - Priesthood meeting at Lehi 7th Ward

I got an excellent night's sleep; Debbie called, we talked about celebrating her birthday, December 31st and mine, January 21st and going on a sleigh ride up to the Viking Yurt for a 6 course dinner. We had prayer together before starting our day.  The medicated pain patches are working for her mother and Debbie is coming home this afternoon.  I talked to Beth, Michael, Alex, and Blake today.  Debbie got home from Shelly, ID about 7 PM.  I helped her unpack the Outback.  She went through the mail and opened her Birthday presents, sweaters, she picked out but did not arrive in time for her birthday, December 31st.  I read some in the book, The Washington Hypothesis.  

Prayer with Debbie and to bed.

 29 Jun 2021, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Tasks  Matthew's appointment with the specialist from the Mammogram and MRI was taken yesterday.  He called me while I was hiking on the "Y" Mountain in Provo.  The mass in his chest is caused by the growth in the *Pituitary  Gland located in the brain.  It is about the size of a pea and the doctors do not think it is malignant.  They are going to treat it with medication starting in two weeks.  They think it can be controlled or even reduced.   This took a lot of stress and anxiety off him.  I told him I would suggest the first thing he and Melody do is think the Lord for blessing you so wonderfully. I climbed up the "Y" three-time today.  My Fitbit recorded that I walked 10.5 miles in 6 hours.  I think it was more like 6.6 miles.  Just as I got home Richard Clark called and said his foot is much better and wants to hike Mt.  20 Jun 2021, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Tasks  Father's Day - Sent father's day text greeting to my sons and Uncle Dan - I got happy father's day greetings back 9 AM - Church, Debbie spoke on fathers  We got home and Beth called and wished me a happy father's day with the children.  Later Rae Lynn, Matthew and Michael called and wished me a happy father's day.  Autumn sent me a picture of Michael and the children taken in Athens, Greece while Debbie and I were in Serbia on our mission. 5:30 PM - Patrick, Anndalyn, Camdon, Ellie, Audrey, Braddock, Ocie, and Grandma Lynndan, Anndalyn mother came over.  Debbie prepared a nice father's day meal and I grilled stakes.   Debbie and I listened to the rest of  D&C 64-66, Come Follow Me with Jared Halverson before having prayer together and going to bed.   Blake, Michael, Gavin, Alex and Gracey in Athans, Greece about 2016
